who I am

My name is Ioannis Tsoupakis.

Ioannis is Greek for John and I am a person who rebuilt his life from the inside out.

Not because it was easy..

but because I reached a point where staying the same was more painful than changing.

I know what it feels like to be emotionally stuck,

to repeat the same mistakes,

to want connection but feel invisible,

to push people away while craving to be understood.

But I also know transformation, because I lived it.

Today, I help people do the same:

move from emotional pain to clarity, from self-doubt to confidence, from isolation to connection, from surviving to actually living.

I am not here to impress you.

I am here to understand you, guide you, and give you tools that actually work in real life — not in theory.

People Choose Me Because

I have lived what I teach

I didn’t just read it in a book.

I fought through social anxiety, crippling self-doubt, trauma, emotional guilt, and years of feeling disconnected from myself.

I didn’t “fix” myself overnight.

I learned how to break patterns, change beliefs, and rebuild who I am — piece by piece.

My method is simple, direct, and powerful

I do not speak in complicated psychological language. I get advice from my Psychology Diploma in University but I do not base my work just on this.

I speak in human language, the kind that makes sense, the one that you understand the moment you hear it.

Everything I teach is practical and can be applied today, not “someday.”

I help you understand why you feel the way you feel

You won’t just “get motivated.”

You will gain real awareness:

  • Why you repeat behaviours that hurt you
  • Why you attract the same situations
  • Why you fear rejection
  • Why loneliness feels heavy
  • Why your confidence disappears in certain environments
  • Why your past is still shaping your present

When you understand the mechanism, you gain power over the problem, not the opposite.

You get guidance without judgement

I do not care where you come from, what happened to you, or how many times you feel you failed.

What matters is: you are here now.
